Your afternoon is free to rest and take in the extraordinary ridge views that make Haputale unlike anywhere else in Sri Lanka. Return to the lodge for a late breakfast, then spend a leisurely afternoon at your safari lodge — reading on the veranda as birdsong fills the air, perhaps a dip in the pool, or an informal nature walk with your guide through the lodge's surrounding wilderness. "Yala at golden hour is something we'll never forget. Our guide was an expert tracker — he spotted leopards we would have missed without his knowledge. The jeep was comfortable, the timing impeccable, and Arjuna's team even arranged a private picnic on the beach afterward. Thank you for making our dream holiday a reality!"
